Privacy Policy

BRUENING ELECTRIC offers general information about electrical service topics, observational safety checklists, a personal budget worksheet, and tools to prepare inquiries. The core planning tools are offline-first and require no account, login, Firebase or company-operated customer-data server.

When preparing an inquiry you may voluntarily enter a name, email address, optional phone number, general location (city/state or ZIP), property type, service category, preferred contact method and issue description. You may also create budget worksheet entries, mark checklist observations, save favorite topics, and open previously viewed topics.

Do not add passwords, payment-card information, banking details or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Inquiry drafts, manually selected status labels, favorites, checklist progress, budget lines, recently viewed service topics, theme preference and onboarding completion are stored locally in app-private storage. The app does not automatically upload these records to BRUENING ELECTRIC LLC or to a third-party database.

Automatic Android backup is disabled. Stored records can be removed by their available deletion/reset actions or with Erase Saved Data in Settings.

Uninstalling the application normally removes its app-private data.

When you choose Open Email, Android opens a compatible email client with a prepared message to dev@brueningelectric.online. You decide whether to send it.

Email transmission and processing are controlled by the chosen email application/provider under its policies. The app cannot confirm whether a draft was actually sent, delivered, received or accepted.

The optional 'User marked sent' status is only your own local tracking label; archived items are also only a local state.

If you choose Copy Inquiry or Copy Planning Summary, the relevant text is placed on your device clipboard, where it may be accessible to the system or other apps according to Android's clipboard behavior. If you choose Share Planning Summary, Android displays compatible third-party apps for a user-initiated share.

No sharing occurs automatically, and the selected recipient/app controls subsequent handling. Check content before sharing.

Illustrative service and onboarding photos may load over HTTPS from images.pexels.com through Glide. Image loading can disclose normal technical connection information (including IP address and HTTP request headers) to the image host; its own privacy terms apply.

The app does not include customer-entered inquiry details in requests for images. Bundled fallback images remain available offline.

The core planning and saved-content tools remain usable without a network connection.

This release does not include an advertising SDK, third-party analytics tracking, location-permission tracking, account registration, payment collection, or an app-operated remote database. It does not request card or banking details.

It uses Android's email and sharing capabilities only at your direction.

App records are stored using Android private application storage, with Android automatic app backup disabled. App-private local storage is not the same as end-to-end encryption; protect your unlocked phone and avoid recording unnecessary private details.

Information remains saved until you delete particular records, clear saved information, or uninstall the app. Copying or sharing content may result in its retention by another application outside the control of this app.

The app is designed for general homeowners and property managers, not specifically for children. Educational electrical information is not a professional inspection, technical diagnosis, or instructions for electrical repair.

Do not perform electrical work based solely on content within the app.

The developer may update this privacy policy if the app's functionality or data practices change. Questions about data handling or deletion can be sent to dev@brueningelectric.online.

The privacy policy is accessible inside the application and should also be hosted at a public, stable HTTPS URL for Google Play before publication.
